The Bread and Pastry Production NC II is composed of essential building blocks of learning critical to a promising pâtissier or baker. The students will learn how to be confident in preparing and baking luscious and decadent desserts as well as different types of breads and pastries. More than just baking, our Bread and Pastry Production NC II inculcates the values and disciplines that are critical in becoming successful in the service industry.
